Direct to Store Delivery
Direct to store delivery is when you receive an order from the Goldcross Support Office and the delivery address is for one of our stores directly. This is the most common type of delivery our trade partners perform and requires you to display our purchase order number and ensure all products have barcodes displayed.

Direct to DC Delivery
Direct to DC delivery is when you receive an order from the Goldcross Support Office and the delivery address is for one of our warehouses. If you are required to deliver to one of our warehouses, there are extra requirements that must be met in order to accommodate the automated environment designed for moving 100,000 units per day. Special Order
There are also special orders that you will receive direct from our stores and need to be supplied to same store that placed the order. You must ensure that you have a purchase order number from the store before the stock is supplied or payment will be delayed. These products do not require barcodes to be displayed.
