UNITED WAY’S “BIKES FOR KIDS”

United Way is a community based organisation which has as its aim to build on our community spirit. Its role is to harness the caring power of local communities to advance the common good.

One of its programmes is “Bikes for Kids” – where bikes are supplied by Goldcross Cycles and for building as a team exercise at company conferences.

The completed bikes are then safety checked and given to selected needy kids by United Way.
