Goldcross will beat any price on products we stock. See below for how this works:

1. Products with a retail price up to 200 dollars will receive a 5 percent discount on the competitor’s retail or promotional or advertised price.
2. Products with a retail price between 200 dollars and 1000 dollars will receive a 10 dollar discount on the competitor’s retail or promotional or advertised price.
3. Products with a retail price greater than 1000 dollars will receive a 20 dollar discount on the competitor’s retail or promotional or advertised price.

What happens if I find a cheaper price after I purchased the product?

Goldcross will match any advertised price on the same item within 30 days of your purchase.
Just bring in the ad, even if it's our own, along with your original Goldcross receipt, and we'll happily refund you 100% of the difference.

All that we ask is that the competitor (even online) has a retail store in Australia. Our online price beat protects Australian consumers. Direct imports can fall short of providing the right fit and generally avoid import taxes and GST.

Our Goldcross team will take you through a dynamic three step bike fit process to ensure the bike is the perfect fit for you before you leave our store (normally $79).

This ensures that you will have maximum comfort and enjoyment from your new bike. Hooray! We will also give you a $49 professional workshop service after purchase.

A brand new bike will always need a few tweaks after a few weeks of cycling. We will then adjust your running gear to get you back on the bike quickly so you get to ride for longer!

1. A flat rate of $7 is all you pay to anywhere in Australia. No hidden costs, complicated sliding scales or nasty surprises.
2. We will despatch your new bike within two business days of receiving your order.
3. The $7 flat rate extends to our Flight, Nitro and Dahon bikes only.
